The agreement between you and 1HP Esport.
Plain summary: book honestly, treat the gear and the people well, pay at the counter, and we will look after your data. The detail is below.
A booking is a request until staff confirm it. Your slot is held while it is pending. Payment is taken at the counter when you arrive, in cash or by UPI.
Cancelling is free any time before the start of your slot. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for payment in advance for future bookings.
Prices shown on the site are per hour and, for the PS5 bay, per player. We may change prices, but never for a booking you have already confirmed.
You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google, and nothing else. We never see your Google password.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
You can delete your account from your profile at any time. That erases your name, email, phone and gamer tag, and cancels upcoming bookings. Past bookings and match results stay in our records with your name removed, because we need them for accounting and event history.
Account details, bookings, tournament rosters and match results. Photos and clips from the venue are stored with Cloudinary. Everything else sits in our database with our hosting provider.
We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers. We share it only where we have to, such as with a tournament organiser you have entered through us.
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or correct it.
We photograph and film events for the gallery and social media. Tell any staff member if you would rather not appear and we will not post pictures of you, or will remove ones already up.
Look after your own belongings; the venue is not responsible for items left behind.
We keep the hardware maintained, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a station fails during your session we will move you or refund the unused time.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the news page. Continuing to use the venue or the site after a change means you accept it.
